Virtual Sound Bath & Journaling Circle

Service Description

Step into a 60-minute sanctuary of restorative sound and reflective journaling. We gather as a circle to quiet the noise of the day and listen to the wisdom within. Open to all; no experience required. Preparing Your Sanctuary To ensure you can fully soften into the resonance of our Sound Soak, please have the following items ready for our journey together: A Supportive Foundation: A yoga mat, a thick quilt, or a padded floor cushion. If you prefer to remain upright, a supportive chair or zero-gravity lounger is a wonderful alternative. Layered Comfort: A plush blanket or a soft shawl. As your nervous system settles and your heart rate slows, your body temperature may drop, so warmth is essential. Headphones for Depth: Highly Recommended. To experience the full spectrum of vibrational frequency, please use high-quality headphones or earbuds rather than laptop speakers. Rest for the Eyes: An eye pillow or a light charcoal or blue cloth to block out external light and deepen your internal focus. A Point of Reflection: Your journal and a pen to capture any insights or shifts that surface during the stillness. Nourishment: A glass of water or a warm cup of tea to help you ground after we conclude. A Note on Presence: Bring an open heart and a willingness to soften. There is nothing to "do"—simply arrive as you are and let the sound lead the way to your Sacred Center.
