Nervous System Reset Session | Wednesday, June 17 · 7:00 PM $22 Early · $33 Regular Step into a 45–60 minute sanctuary of stillness, breath, and gentle reflection. This guided experience is designed to help you soften the noise of the day and return to a calm, grounded state within your body. We gather in a quiet, supportive space to: * settle the nervous system * release built-up tension * reconnect with your inner steadiness Open to all; no experience required. Our session will include: A gentle arrival to settle into your space A guided meditation to support nervous system regulation Reflective journaling to bring clarity and awareness A soft closing to integrate and ground There is nothing to figure out. Nothing to perform. Just space to return to yourself. To support your experience, you may wish to have: A comfortable place to sit or lie down (mat, cushion, or chair) A blanket or shawl for warmth Headphones (recommended for a more immersive experience) A journal and pen A glass of water or warm tea. Bring yourself as you are. This is a space to soften, to listen, and to reconnect with what your body has been quietly asking for.

Cancellations Memberships may be cancelled at any time, but all payments already made are final. When you cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds or prorated credits are provided. Missed Circles If you are unable to attend a circle, you will not be refunded for that month. Your spot remains reserved, and you continue to receive access to all included content and support. Payment Responsibility By joining Sacred Stillness Circle, you agree to be responsible for monthly recurring payments until you choose to cancel through your account settings.
