Service Description

Donation Based 33-minute sessions. Suggested donation: $5 / $10 / or $20 via Venmo address = @DonnaA226 or Paypal address = https://www.paypal.biz/sacredplaceinspace In these sessions, we will explore and experience the ancient practice of meditation. Through guided practice and playful exploration, we'll learn techniques to ground ourselves, release tension, and cultivate relaxation, inner peace, and a sense of appreciation. This class is ideal for beginner and advanced practitioners - all levels of experience welcomed. What you will need: • A comfortable place to sit on the floor, in a chair on on a sofa • A mat, a cushion/pillow and a blanket • A notebook and pen • Earbud or headphones - not required and very useful! Prerequisites: • No prior experience is necessary. Appropriate for all levels. Schedule: • Class will meet for 33 minutes. • Class will be held once per week. Note: Replays on demand are available for $5 per session.
