Service Description

Class Pass or Donation Based 33-minute sessions. Suggested donation: $5 / $10 / or $20. Through guided practice and playful exploration, we'll learn techniques to ground ourselves, release tension, and cultivate relaxation, inner peace, and a sense of appreciation. This class is ideal for beginner and advanced practitioners - all levels of experience welcomed. What you will need: • A comfortable place to sit on the floor, in a chair on on a sofa • A mat, a cushion/pillow and a blanket • A notebook and pen • Earbud or headphones - not required and very useful! Prerequisites: • No prior experience is necessary. Appropriate for all levels. Schedule: • Class will meet for 33 minutes. • Class will be held once per week. Note: Video replays on demand are available for $5 per session with one week of access.
