Fusion Yoga with Cathy (60 mins weekly)

Service Description
These amazing sessions will be a fusion of differing yoga genres, to include Kundalini, Yin, Hatha, and Vinyasa (not necessarily all fused in the same practice). Yoga is a practice for everyone and all bodies. These practices incorporate: • movement and breath to strengthen core muscles • promote overall flexibility • breathe work to release energy blocks • increase blood flow • release tension • practices will connect the body, breath, and mind using physical postures (asana), breathing exercises (pranayama), and meditation • practices will include guided relaxation to further focus on increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body - collectively bringing improved mental clarity, harmony between the mind and body and improved overall health! Who doesn’t want the benefits of a yoga practice? What you will need: • A comfortable place to sit and move, either on the floor or in a chair. • A mat, blanket, bolster. • Yoga blocks, books or even toilet paper rolls to raise the floor to you. Prerequisites: Prior experience is NOT necessary. Practicing Yoga can be an intense experience due to its physical and mental benefits, however, this is exactly what makes it a great option for both beginners and advanced yogis. Schedule: Practices will be once a week from 53-63 minutes. Note: Class Membership is available at checkout or under the "Pricing" tab. If you have any injuries or health concerns, please let the instructor know before class begins. Please arrive with your camera on or off - yogi’s choice. For the best experience, please use earbuds or earphones while practicing.
